In order to complete abstract submission and registration processes, we suggest you create your own account, which can be performed by selecting the "New Registration" button and filling in the required information. You can login to your account with your ID (your e-mail address) and password, after which you can register and submit your abstract.

  Student: 1,500 RMB

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you have to change or cancel your registration to ZWCM 2026, we kindly ask you to inform us by email and the relevant cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation before 31^st July, 2026:  Total refund

Cancellation between 1^st August and 10^th September, 2026:  50% refund

Cancellation after 10^th September, 2026:  no refund

*Additional handling costs will be subtracted from the refunded money.

*We use your personal information for the purpose of this conference only.
